A very special story (for feeding tube awareness week)

I have broken my prolonged silence (more on that soon) to share a very special video in honour of feeding tube awareness week. I would be forever grateful if you could find a minute to share it, as ultimately the more people that watch it, the further the message can travel.

    Reminded me so much of my own son who has had 3 fundoplications,countless gastrostomys & is now fed by permanent jejunostomy now ,that saved his life too! X

    Just love that last pic! Hadn’t realised how much he looks like his older brother when he was younger. Makes sense though, you’ve all got the same cute smile :)

      @StephsTwoGirls They all do look remarkably similar it’s true. I actually think Dominic looks just like his sister, certainly when Lilia used to put clips in his hair the resemblance was uncanny (she was still in denial that he was born with a willy) ;-)

    I love you you incredible wonderful woman and beautiful Mummy. My turn to ask you to marry me! I waited to give this my full attention and I’m glad I did. I have tears and I recall hating seeing the tube on Natty’s face and only taking photos with it off. It is a big deal and you deal with it perfectly.

    What a fabulous video! I am also a tubie mum, reflux also being one of the main issues though we have a mini button and my son can eat pureed food but fluids go down the tube. So glad to see he is now doing well x
